By using Valley Biz/valleybiz.ca, Valley Biz Classifieds/swanvalleyclassifieds.ca and Valley Biz Gallery/gallery.valleybiz.ca ("ValleyBiz") you agree that you have read, understand and accept the following terms and conditions. ValleyBiz reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notifying you.

2. Links and Classifieds

ValleyBiz provides links to other websites and displays Classified Advertisements entered by the general public. ValleyBiz is not responsible for the content of any linked site or Classified Advertisement and is not directly or indirectly implying any approval, endorsement or affiliation with any linked site.

Any correspondence or business dealings with any third parties including merchants, sellers or advertisers found on or through ValleyBiz is solely between you and the individual parties.

3. Prohibited Use

Without prior express written consent from ValleyBiz, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, repost, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or prepare derivative works based on any of the content on ValleyBiz. The foregoing prohibition expressly includes, but is not limited to, the practice of "screen scraping", or any other practice or activity the purpose of which is to obtain lists of data, portions of a database, or other lists or information from ValleyBiz. You may not disrupt, alter, impair or modify ValleyBiz or use ValleyBiz for any purpose that is unlawful.

4. Liability

ValleyBiz is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to those of quiality, safety, merchantability, durability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to use this site at your own risk. ValleyBiz shall not be responsible any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages related to the use or inability to use ValleyBiz.
